From the strong growth of the company in recent years, the rise of Edtech and a new positioning and brand essence, the need was born to create a new center concept that would integrate the business vision, that would consider all the expectations of the different stakeholders (teachers, students, parents) and that would act as a catalyst for the new brand essence of the company.

An experience designed based on a proprietary methodology that combines research, creativity and design.

Global research

To conceptualize and shape the new K&U centers, we started from a global research that studied in depth the needs and concerns of the different profiles that interact with the space: families, students from 1 to 18 years old and teachers.

Prioritization and organization of challenges

The use of CX mapping tools combined with proprietary strategic prioritization tools makes it possible to sort all the information obtained during the research phase without losing sight of the brand's mission and values, along with the company's short- and long-term vision.

Ideation

An orderly and methodical ideation, where creativity flows thanks to the method carried out in the research and immersion phase. In this phase, the 10 main creative concepts that will guide the design of the new Kids & Us centers are chosen.

Design

A fully experiential center concept, where families, students and teachers find answers to their needs and aspirations, creating new forms of connection and fostering phygital experiences.
