From Lúcid's management, we are formally committed to giving back economically to our local community, to which we are culturally connected and in which we can create a significant positive impact.

Therefore, our commitment states that we will do everything in our power to ensure that our suppliers are local and independent, and that the supply of all our commodities accounts for more than 50% of our total expenditures.

We are also committed to ensuring that at least 75% of our customers are locally independent.

To generate professional development opportunities, we seek to provide and generate internship opportunities at local schools and universities. In addition to hiring personnel who reside in our area regardless of their ethnicity, gender, ideology, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, disability, social status or age.

All this without closing opportunities to talents, potential customers or collaboration with suppliers from different regions or geographical areas with the intention of spreading and promoting our philosophy of positive impact on the planet.

We take into account that a community must be within a small area connected economically and culturally, so we have determined as "local" all those customers and suppliers that are located in the Autonomous Community of Catalonia.
