Ecoembes, the leading recycling company in Spain, partnered with Lúcid to carry out validation and user testing of various technologies and solutions developed by the engineering teams.
PROCESS
We assess and validate usability and design an optimal experience.
Evaluation of 4 technological solutions and validation of their usability from the point of view of end users while designing an optimal experience based on usability, accessibility and ergonomics criteria.
RESULT
Journey map that makes it easier to encourage recycling at home
Design of a journey map that allows the Ecoembes development team to create a user-friendly and intuitive interaction while achieving its goal of encouraging recycling in Spanish households.
