Designing new keyboards presented several challenges: understanding user needs, identifying functionality missing from current keyboards, analyzing distributor demands, and understanding technology and manufacturing constraints.
PROCESS
User research and industrial design united to ensure market launch
Our user research and industrial design teams work together on this project. The design process is developed in constant contact with the factory. After creating 4 prototypes, the product is ready to be industrialised and launched on the market.

The new family of Silver HT keyboards designed at Lúcid meets a business demand. The sector is booming and the company required an agile and successful solution that would allow them to be on the shelves of large chains, as well as in online channels.
