To offer better security solutions for people in their homes, shortening distances and making communication and dialogue with security forces immediate in the event of a break-in or burglary.
During the design process of the digital product, we defined the journeys of both user profiles and designed a UX that allows us to solve all the security management problems present in existing products on the market.
The solution allows the user to add household profiles, send alerts to the nearest law enforcement agencies. The authorities, for their part, can adapt the intervention protocol as appropriate and, at the same time, connect with the affected user for further information.
The methodology of the project consists of a service design phase in which we analysed the public and private products and services that currently exist to respond to the growing problems of theft and lack of security in the home. Once the gaps of opportunity and the levers of differentiation were identified, we devised a new service with a dual user in mind: the citizen and the local police force.
The result is a product that shortens distances and time between citizens, municipalities and law enforcement agencies.
In this way, we can resolve incidents in real time, without friction and providing the necessary information at all times to avoid physical and material damage as much as possible. Finally, we generated a modern UI design, accessible to all age profiles, which prioritised speed of use and ease of understanding and visualisation of content.
