Designing more than just a trophy
The brief was to create the trophy for the ADI-FAD 2024 Awards. Our ambition went further: we wanted to design an object with real functionality-something beyond an aesthetic symbol, something that could be activated, used, and remembered. An object capable of creating a different kind of experience during the award ceremony.
PROCESS
A light that represents lucidity
We designed a trophy inspired by a mini lamp, symbolizing the moment of clarity every designer seeks when arriving at a great idea. At Lucid, we developed the concept, HUB Electronics integrated the electronics, and LAMP handled the manufacturing.
RESULT
An auditorium filled with lights that symbolize talent in industrial design
During the awards ceremony, all the winners lit up their trophies at once, filling the auditorium with points of light. It was a magical, collective moment that highlighted the country's talent in industrial design.

    With the collaboration of LAMP, HUB Electronics, and PS21 BARNA, we brought the trophy to life and gave it meaning for the Adi-Fad award ceremony. We created a living, functional, and emotional symbol.
