From Lúcid's management, we are formally committed to give back economically to our local community, with which we are culturally connected and in which we can create a significant positive impact.

Therefore, our commitment states that we will do everything within our power to ensure that our suppliers are local and independent, supplying all our commodity needs to be more than 50% of our total expenditures.

We have also made a commitment to ensure that at least 75% of our customers are independent locals.

To generate professional development opportunities, we seek to provide and generate internship opportunities with local schools and universities. As well as hiring personnel who reside within our area regardless of their ethnicity, gender, ideology, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, disability, social status or age.

All this without closing opportunities to talents, potential customers or collaboration with suppliers from different regions or geographical areas with the intention of spreading and promoting our philosophy of positive impact on the planet.

We take into consideration that a community must be within a small area connected economically and culturally, so we have determined as "local" all those customers and suppliers that are in the Autonomous Community of Catalonia.
