The Shell project presented a massive challenge: achieving what every backpack brand strives for but rarely accomplishes. On one hand, optimizing space in vastly different contexts, from travel to a day out of the office. On the other, enhancing user experience beyond what existing products offer.

Designing the interior of the backpack to enhance the user experience during travel
The daily progress of the project was built on continuous collaboration. Our team of industrial designers, fashion designers, and engineers worked in constant contact with Tropicfeel and its users. This approach was essential to ensure that the design proposal met all market and user requirements.
RESULT
A Kickstarter campaign that raised €2M for the Shell backpack
With a disruptive design, Shell enables users to carry everything they need for a day out while also packing enough clothes for a two-week trip-all while saving up to 20% of space. With these innovations, Shell's Kickstarter launch raised €2 million.
